The Steel Series AluVibe was created by directly applying technologies derived from the advanced automotive industry to the world of percussion instrument making.<\/p>

The shell is made of aluminized boron steel, which belongs to the family of high-strength steels developed by ArcelorMittal for the hot forging of structural and safety components.<\/p>

Once subjected to controlled heat treatment, these materials reach mechanical strengths in the range of 1500\u20132000 MPa, values up to five times higher than those of traditional structural steels.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Applied to a snare drum, this technical choice produces a clear result: a shell that is only 3 mm thick<\/strong> offers a hardness and rigidity comparable to a conventional shell that is up to five times thicker, with an immediate advantage in terms of vibration control, dynamic response, and overall weight.<\/p>

Cataphoresis: an industrial protective treatment that deposits a uniform coating on the drum through an electrochemical process. \nIt is used to create a uniform anti-corrosion base that is effective even in critical and hard-to-reach areas, improving durability over time.<\/p>
